Description:
Disodium Guanosine 5’-monophosphate takes Guanosine as main material and is produced through chemosynthesis method. This product is flavor enhancer with mushroom taste. It is often mix-used with MSG in the recommended ratio of 1%~5% which will make an obvious contribution to food taste. According to FA0/WHO, it is suitable for canned meat, ham, and salted meat etc. The maximum use is 500 mg/kg (Count by Guanosine). When it is mix-used with 5’- IMP as per rate, it will turn into I plus G.
